The Federation negotiating team met with the District team on Friday, Oct. 14th.
The session began with the District questioning some of the numbers in Susana Prieto's salary study published in September's issue of Proof.

On Tuesday, October 4th, Brentwood Elementary received some goodies for their PBIS store. The local Central Labor Committee donated funds to stock the store. Calcasieu Federation of Teachers went shopping. The Public Affairs Research Council has published its guide to the six Constitutional amendments on the ballot November 8. LFT has taken a position on one of them – we SUPPORT Amendment 3.
